After Lunch
Well my wife was gone when I got home for lunch. Unfortunately the ring wasn't on the dresser either. I don't know if she has decided that she wants to keep it or has already sold it, or forgot and left it at her friends house. Maybe she wants to talk about it later on tonight. I guess I will see tonight what she has to say. Hmmm.

Let her know that selling off a marital asset without consulting you is legaly the same as embezzling.
You can sue her for that money.
Legal precedent has been set that engagement and wedding rings belong to the MAN if the WOMAN asks for divorce or backs out of the engagement.
So make sure you don't file for divorce.
Get the papers and help her fill them out so SHE files for divorce since SHE is the one that wants it.
You so want to be the next Judge Judy don't you. lol
I just hope she hasn't sold it.
That would really suck.
And if she didn't sell it, melt that sucker down and have it added to some more gold and have all the stones set into a "Confirmed Bachelors Ring" that you wear on the ring finger of your right hand.
Get it in the shape of your initials, and you can use it to brand the ass of all the soccer moms you'll be taggin.
Flip it around and SMACK!
